Terms of Service

Effective 13 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Wallace, an AI personal assistant operated by Polaris Technologies ("we", "us"). By signing in and connecting your Google Account, you agree to them.

1. Access and eligibility

Wallace is a private service made available by invitation to a single pre-authorized Google account. You may use it only with the account we have authorized, and only for your own purposes. We may change, suspend, or withdraw access at any time.

2. Your Google Account connection

Wallace acts on your Google data only with the permissions you grant during sign-in, and only to perform the tasks you request. You can revoke these permissions at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops Wallace from functioning.

3. Actions taken on your behalf

Wallace can send email, modify messages and labels, and create or change calendar events when you ask it to. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing anything prepared for your approval before it is sent. Automated actions may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete, and you should verify anything consequential.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wallace to:

  • send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or any unlawful or deceptive communication;
  • access an account or data you are not authorized to access;
  • interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to circumvent the security of the service;
  • violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

5. AI-generated output

Wallace uses AI models to summarize information, draft text, and make suggestions. Output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your assistance only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Financial categorization and travel information in particular should be confirmed against the underlying source.

6. Third-party services

Wallace depends on services operated by third parties, including Google and our AI model and voice providers. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data, including Google user data, is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

Wallace, including its software, interface, and branding, is owned by Polaris Technologies. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service, and no other rights. Content you provide remains yours.

9. Availability and disclaimers

Wallace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polaris Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of Wallace.

11. Termination

You may stop using Wallace at any time by revoking its access to your Google Account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if we discontinue the service. Deletion of your stored data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
