Wallace is an AI personal assistant that connects to your Google account to manage email and calendar, plan travel, track finances, and remember the context behind your decisions — over chat or voice.
Wallace is currently operated for a single authorized account and is not open for general sign-up.
What Wallace does
Wallace works from a single conversation. You ask in plain language, and it uses your connected Google services to carry the task through.
Inbox triage
Reads incoming mail, summarizes what matters, drafts replies for review, and files or unsubscribes from the rest.
Calendar management
Reads the schedule, finds workable slots, and creates or updates events on request.
Travel planning
Researches flights and itineraries, then keeps the booking details alongside the related mail and calendar entries.
Finance tracking
Ingests uploaded statements, categorizes transactions, and answers questions about spending.
Persistent memory
Remembers preferences and prior decisions across conversations, so context does not have to be repeated.
Proactive suggestions
Surfaces recommendations and flags time-sensitive items before they are asked about.
What Wallace accesses in your Google Account
Wallace requests only the permissions its features actually use. Each one is listed below with the reason it is needed.

Modify labels and message state gmail.modify | Applies your triage decisions — marking mail as read, labeling, archiving, or deleting the messages you tell Wallace to clear. |

How your data is handled
Access is limited to one account
Wallace authorizes a single pre-approved Google account. Sign-in from any other account is rejected by the server.
No advertising, no data sales
Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models.
Revocable at any time
Access can be withdrawn from the Google account permissions page, and stored data can be deleted on request.
